VENDOR REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 22, 2026
Don't miss this perfect opportunity to get your business, organization or services in front of thousands of visitors while supporting one of Watertown's largest annual community events.
Equipment: Registration includes one 6-foot table and two chairs at your booth. All other materials, including a pop-up tent, if desired, must be brought by the vendor. If utilizing a tent, weights must be used to secure the tent (no stakes are permitted).
Samples/Tastings Policy: If you are planning on selling or offering a sample tasting, please note you will need to apply for a one day food permit from the Watertown Health Department. Additional fees will apply. Please contact Abbey Myers at amyers@watertown-ma.gov or 617-972-6446. Only shelf stable foods are permitted at booths. Non shelf-stable food items must only be distributed at the food court.
Booth Placement: Your booth will be placed at random on the lawn. Specific placement is not available. All vendors will receive their assigned booth location at the welcome tent on the morning of the event beginning at 9am.
You may not solicit outside of your booth.
Sale of any type of toy guns or weapons is prohibited.
All vendors will have a linked listing on the FOTS Exhibitors page.
NEW THIS YEAR:
The City of Watertown is implementing a sustainability initiative to help reduce the use of plastic. We strongly encourage you to find a non-plastic alternative for any items that you are selling or giving away and to avoid using plastic wrapping for individual items.
Any questions, please contact the City of Watertown Sustainability Team at resilient@watertown-ma.gov.
