Food Court Policies!
Please note, the FOTS Coalition will review all applications and reserves the right to not accept vendor menus that directly competes with another vendor in the food court.
General Information.
Food court vendors should offer fast & timely service.
Food trucks - food must be prepared within your truck, all operations need to stay within the truck.
Food vendors - must prepare and sell food from a 10x10 pop up tent. Operations cannot extend off the sides of your space.
You may sell non-alcoholic beverages.
An updated email will be sent out the week of the Faire confirming day-of logistics.
Menu.
Food trucks/vendors are allowed to sell only menu items that were submitted on the final application to the City's Health Department and approved during the selection process.
Prices of menu items are approved during the selection process. Changes to menu pricing are not allowed without prior written approval by the FOTS Coalition.
Your Space.
We will provide you with one 6' banquet table. You are responsible to protect the table with a paper or plastic covering.
Food vendors not operating a food truck/trailer may setup their own 10'x10' pop-up tent.
A-frame signs cannot extend further than 3' from the façade of your space.
Electrical.
You must supply your own generator.
Food court vendors will need to tape all electrical cords down and maintain their secure taping during the faire.
Food court vendors will need to supply their own electrical cords with covers if stretched across a walkway.
Load-in, Setup & Breakdown.
Load-in/setup can commence at 8AM on the day of the Faire.
The Faire is open to visitors 11AM to 4PM - all food court vendors are required to stay in operation until breakdown at 4PM.
Your food truck/tent will be placed at random within the food court location, specific setup location is not available.
Waste.
The City's will be setting up numerous waste stations throughout the fairgrounds and the food court, that will include recycling and compost. Please help us to reduce our carbon footprint and utilize the designated bins.
Grease and gray water cannot be disposed of at the Faire.
You will need to provide your own water source.
You are responsible for removing debris and ensuring the general cleanliness of your area before you exit.
